New Worden C234 Sectional Lamp Form. This sectional form, and a C20P Cone Mold will can a “Pool Table” lamp. You can use these forms with these patterns: Fleur-De-Lis (C234-1), Dragonfly (C234-2), Rose Border (C234-5), C234-6 Two Border Geometric (c234-6), and Bass (C234-19). These patterns not included. Will also need a C20 Form for the ends of the lamp, not included.
