The Designer II Pencil style glass cutter is Fletcher’s newest cutter featuring a new anti-leak dispensing system called Fiberlock. Applying pressure while scoring glass dispenses liquid lubricant from the barrel to provide a flake free score. The Designer II Pencil style cutter features a long lasting replaceable tungsten carbide wheel and an ergonomic handle for hours of fatigue-free cutting. It’s one of the only glass cutters on the market that has the ability for the head to swivel remain in a locked position.
